Industrial Media Consoles

A media console does two things: it grounds the room and it handles the clutter. Every cable, component, and remote has a place — and the piece itself becomes part of the room’s design rather than something you tolerate.

Vintage Industrial media consoles are built from hot-rolled steel and solid hardwood, hand-selected for grain and character. Low-profile, purposeful, and built to order — dimensioned to your space, configured for your components, finished in natural steel, blackened steel, or aged paint finish. Custom paint and color matching also available.

The collection spans open-shelf consoles, credenzas with closed cabinet sections, and media sideboards with integrated cable management. Every piece is made in the USA and built around your actual setup — TV width, component stack, cord routing all factored in before fabrication begins.

Custom Industrial Media Consoles for Every Room

Whether it’s a living room, bedroom, or office media wall, the proportions matter. Vintage Industrial consoles are configured to your space — width, height, shelf layout, and door style all determined before a single piece of steel is cut. Investments starting at $8,000.

For the best visual balance, your media console should be at least 12 inches wider than your television (6 inches on each side). This prevents the setup from appearing ‘top-heavy’ and provides space for speakers or decor.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the lead time for a custom industrial media console?+
Custom media consoles are built to order with a lead time of 12 or more weeks. Exact timing is confirmed during your commission conversation.
Can the console be configured for a turntable and vinyl storage?+
Yes. Turntable shelves are built at the correct height and depth, with open-front design for easy access and vibration-dampening considerations. Integrated vertical LP storage sections are available in any width configuration.
Can you build a console for high-end audio components and speakers?+
Yes. Shelf heights are configured around your actual components — integrated amplifiers, DACs, phono preamps, reel-to-reel decks. Ventilation spacing is built in where needed. Speaker stands in matching steel and hardwood are also available as part of the commission.
How is cable management handled?+
Cable routing is designed into the piece — grommets, rear access panels, and internal routing channels are all options discussed during the commission conversation. The goal is a clean front face with no visible cable clutter.
What steel finishes are available?+
Natural steel, blackened steel, and aged paint finish. Custom paint finishes and color matching are also available.
How does the commission process work?+
Start by reaching out through the contact page. We discuss your components, room dimensions, and configuration needs, then move to design, fabrication, and delivery. Standard delivery is freight curbside. White glove service — inside placement, unpacking, and full assembly — is available and confirmed during your commission conversation.
