The Story
The Aero-Frame concept was born from a fascination with “functional weight reduction”—the engineering principle where every ounce of material is scrutinized for its necessity. Inspired by the skeletal fuselages of early aircraft and the high-performance chassis of vintage race cars, we wanted to create a base that looked like a structural component of a machine meant for speed.
The design utilizes “speed holes” (dimple dies) and complex, multi-angled steel plate geometry to create an exoskeleton that is visually light but structurally indestructible. It is a celebration of aeronautical aesthetic and industrial grit. We imagined this piece in a space where innovation happens—a room where the furniture itself serves as a reminder that strength comes from precision and daring design.
