Zeroids belonged to the space toy category of the mid of 60's. People of 1960's were literally crazy about this robot like toys, the zeroids. They were available in plastic cases. Zeroids imitated the robots by throwing and gripping various objects using their robot like arms. The main draw back of zeroids is that its delicate parts are very easy to break. Normally zeroids stand on the metallic base with tank like treads. The treads of zeroids are powered with battery driven motor. By using the push button attached to the toy you can make him move forward and backward. Zeroids were available in different names like the silver explorer, the bronze explorer, the blue destroyer etc
