The Frosty Sno-Man Sno-Cone Machine was introduced by Hasbro during 1960s. It was a unique toy on the market. If you used it regularly, you could get the forearms of Popeye. It was also re-issued during the year 1974 along with many other themes such as the ice bird, snoopy, ice creams and a lot more.
For this you have to open up the sno-cone store where you will be given an apron, a cone, leaflet, a board, hat etc. Earlier production included a pipe in the mouth of the sno-man which was later abandoned due to several reasons such as difficulty in manufacturing or due to political reasons.
