Field Helicopter Backpack Image Gallery and Blog
The field helicopter backpack was introduced into the market by Sears during the late 1960s. It was an unbelievably wonderful toy which kids dreamt of owning. Even though it did look like a helicopter, it produced sounds and flashed different colored lights including the blue and red lights. The rotor was engaged with the transmission lever and had two speeds for the control. It also had gauge meters to check out the actions performed by the toy. It was usually available in orange color and getting one right now is a pretty difficult job. It was available till 1999 vastly, but later the demand decreased thus the production too.
